Barcelona apartment description

This astonish apartment is been just renovated and carefully furnished with modern and comfortable furnitures. Moreover, the apartment has a perfect location, close to Barcelona heart, Plaça Catalunya and is hosted in a typical barcelonian architecture building also fully renovated.

A huge apartment with four bedrooms: a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom and double bedroom with twin beds. These two rooms have access to the nice small private terrace. There is another room with a double bed and the fourth bedroom has a single bed and an small window towards the building inner court. Therefore the sleeping facilities of this apartment consist of a total of 5 beds that can accommodate up to 7 people.

There are in total three full bathrooms and one toilet in the apartment. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and also a dryer, and a separated closet room as well.

The amazing and spacious living room has a big comfortable sofa and two stylish armchairs. The dinning area has a nice big table and design chairs.

Fully equipped and separated big kitchen at the entrance of the apartment, fully equipped in terms of appliances and kitchenware, perfect place to meet with friends and cook a delicious meal.

There is central air conditioning in the whole apartment and the building has a new elevator.

Neighbourhood Tips

Five minutes walking distance away from Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, WEFLATING CITY CENTRE has the best location for exploring the city on foot. In the heart of the charming gothic area, endless sightseeing to visit within walking distance, the gothic cathedral, the misterious Plaça Sant Felip Neri, the active Plaça Sant Jaume or Pl. del PI and of course the popular Ramblas Boulevard. The beach is also reachable on foot after a 15 nice stroll through the charming and trendy Borne area, full of restaurants, cafes and art galleries.

A wide range of bars and restaurants can be found within a 2-minute walk, and you can lose yourselves strolling along any of the pedestrian streets that surround the apartment area.

Direct buses to Barcelona El-Prat Airport leave just 100 metres from the apartment and different metro stops, URQUINAONA or CATALUNYA.

A few instructions to make it easier for you to reach the apartments
From Barcelona Airport:

1)TAXI: To take a taxi directly from the airport to the apartment takes around 20 min and costs between 30€-35€ depends on how much luggage and traffic. Taxis are usually for 4 people, please contact us in case you need a transfer from the airport.

2) AEROBUS/BUS: Aerobus is a shuttle bus service that links Barcelona airport to the centre. Every 5-10 minutes there is a bus departing from both terminals. To go to these apartments best stop is PLAÇA CATALUNYA (last one). All the apartments in this area are located walking distance to Plaça Catalunya

3) TRAIN: The train only departs from Terminal 2, so if you arrive to Terminal 1 you have to take the shuttle bus between the two terminals. The train service runs approximately every 30 minutes and costs 4€. To reach the apartment you should take the train until SANTS ESTACIO and from there you can take a taxi (10€ aprox) or metro (L1 / L3) until CATALUNYA .

In las Ramblas, you will enjoy the nerve center of Barcelona. You can not leave Barcelona without having traveled up and down la Rambla. La Rambla is divided into small sections, each with its own personality and their personalities. Not the same commercial section next to Plaça Catalunya, that which crosses el Raval and its mix of humanity that is pulling or port in flowing waves of tourists. Then I leave you with the top 10 things to do: 1.-La Boquería: Barcelona traditional market where fresh produce, aromas and colors create a perfect place. 2. Palau Güell: Guell luxurious family house declared world heritage 1986. 3. Teatre Liceu: The opera house of Barcelona. 4. Wax Museum: Beautiful building housing a collection of waxworks of art and history. 5. Mosaic tiles: A circular mosaic tiles work great Miró. 6. Living Statues: A great number of artists still waiting until they receive a small monetary contribution. 7. Painters: Most themed paintings touch Spanish or Barcelona subjects, however there are also artists who paint caricatures and themes more modern. 8. Pet Shop: You can hear the song of birds, photograph their exotic colors and watch other animals such as rabbits or turtles play. 9. Stores flowers: They sell a variety of flowers of different sizes, shapes and colors. 10. Chiringuitos Plaça Reial: A place like no other.

Information about the keys	The day of departure leave the keys on the apartment table. Losing the keys or leaving them in the inner lock has a cost of > €50/€70.	Taxi service	Transfers to the airport with no extra fees (under taximeter) can be booked for you. Please notify us 24h in advance via email or phone call.
Damages are not included	Please respect and take care of everything in the apartment. Guests are responsible for replacement or repair costs of any item in the apartment that they have damaged (e.g a broken window, damaged furniture, missing kitchenware, etc). You are required to provide a credit card number as a guarantee.
Cleaning apartment	Please put your rubbish in the containers outside between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. and wash your dishes before departure. More than one rubbish bag in the apartment incurs a penalty of €50. You cannot take the towels to the beach. We have extra towels for €6.
